Jon, I’m still checking in on a regular basis.. It’s easy to see the improvements in your titles etc comparing your OL’s to the your newest listings. Just daily refinements. Have you always done bucket-prices shipping or did you start with/ calculated? Thoughts on free shipping, Walter Blake Knoblock is pretty opinionated about using it - even on preowned clothing…

Jon, you’re crushing it. No question. Every episode I watch, I just shake my head in amazement. Very happy for you! I would say you’re in the very top-tier of “normal” resellers. At least the “regular-guy” ones who are doing videos, and sharing their activity. The fact you’re not paying “retail” either, but by the lb… 🤯 Anyway, not to pester (you did say ask away w/ my questions).. At 5K (and growing) your store is ~4X bigger than our store. In the past 30 days we did 160 sales, that’s average ~5+ per day, between eBay & Posh… Do you think that your daily number of sales (and corresponding $$ amount) has a lot to do with how BIG your store is? What were you doing in sales when you had, say, only 1-1.5K items in your store?

What are your current and/or ongoing thoughts regarding the different eBay promotional schemes they push; I’m primarily interested in the overall store promotion option. You know, the main one they started a couple years ago that everybody gladly jumped on board with.. (when the minimum required to join was 1%, but doubled to 2% and now has spiraled way out there - w/ recommended % range when listing a new item.

I think if you have committed to (or would commit to) “staying this course” as it were, from what I’ve seen, I think you’re going to get some pretty good traction over time… as you have a lot to offer - on a lot of levels. Anyway, I mentioned a while back that I had some questions.. pretty much just want to pick your brain, not sure if that’s something you might still be amenable to.. I know you said you were going to review our store (not something that we’re desperate for anything), but I’m absolutely interested in your thoughts. And, being my own worst critic, I guarantee there’s nothing that you would opine that I could possibly May be “offended” by - in fact, I’d appreciate any constructive criticism. Cabela’s “safari “ shirts haven’t disappointed us.. even tho they’re modern/ newer models & not vintage, and made in China. It’s pretty much all I ever pick up from Cabela’s, now if I found anything with down feather in it, of course, but it’s pretty much common, I suppose if you picked up Cabela’s something or other at the bins for $.85 or something you can make money on it, but time is money when it comes to listing.

Hey Jon, Based on your store size, if ours was as big, we would’ve had ~22 sales for $750.. Last Monday it was 12 that went out. 16 the week before that. So, 5 sales from Sat. afternoon after shipping until Monday afternoon. Really, really bad.. My wife still brings up how great our sales were back in Wisconsin… 25-30 to 40 to pack on Mondays. And I say that was pre-COVID and Someone Else was in office…
